Screen Charges: $ 40.00 for each screen. No screen charge on exact repeat orders.
Additional colors or locations add: $ 0.30  each.
Name tag holder (2” x 3-1/2”), Business card holder (2-1/4” x 4”), Index card holder (3” x 5”), add $0.90 each, located on back of bag unless otherwise specified.
For 1” Consecutive numbering: Printed under copy, same color as imprint add $0.75 (g) each.
Master keyed swing locks, add $1.00  each. “Pop-up” locks, add $1.75 each plus $1.00  each for master keyed “pop-up” lock.
Extra master keys, $1.00 each. For replacement keys on either style lock, $1.00 .
